Andrew Pierce, Ashley Hudson and their Hamburg congregation knew they could not return to the past. Ashley was only 17, was never in any kind of relationship, and so was very cautious about everything. The love was apparent from the first site. Andrew prayed on New Year's Eve, right before the new year began in 2016, to God would grant him one last blessing in the year. That Ashley would get married to him. Ashley was determined to create an event with a traditional woodsy theme, which could truly reflect her and Andrew. Their wedding day included the many things they love. Ashley's parents owned 40 acres of backyard. Ashley explored the area and had fun on everything, starting from the way they walked to the field, where they made vows. Andrew and Ashley strolled through the exact place when they started dating. Since the wedding was essentially DIY, personalization played a big role. Ashley painted and made some of the decorations. Andrew and Ashley's father made the seating and ceremony arch. Ashley states, "Our wedding would not be the unforgettable experience that I've always imagined had Anna's stunning flower arrangements hadn't been done." Absolutely stunning.
